1. Who we are

OptLike ("we", "us") operates optlike.com, a service that helps businesses manage and reply to their online reviews. You can reach us at support@optlike.com.

2. What we collect

• Account data: name, email address, hashed password.
• Connected review data: when you connect a Google Business Profile, the reviews, ratings and reviewer names visible to that profile, via Google's official APIs.
• Content you create: reply drafts and brand-voice settings.
• Usage data: basic logs (IP address, timestamps, request paths) for security and debugging.

We do not sell personal data. We do not collect payment card details — payments are processed by our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy), which handles card data under its own compliance program.

3. How we use data

• To provide the service: showing your reviews and generating replies.
• To send you service emails (bad-review alerts, weekly digests, account notices).
• To secure the service and prevent abuse.

Reply generation uses a third-party AI language-model API. Review text is sent to that provider solely to generate your reply, and is not used by them to train their models when the relevant provider opt-out is available.

4. Data retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from settings or by emailing us; associated data is deleted within 30 days, except where retention is legally required.

5. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR and CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Email support@optlike.com and we will respond within 30 days.

6. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be announced on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
