1. The service

OptLike provides tools to manage and generate replies to online reviews for your own business profiles. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

3. Acceptable use

• Only connect business profiles you own or are authorized to manage.
• Don't use OptLike to post fake, misleading or incentivized reviews, or to spam.
• Don't attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer or overload the service.

4. AI-generated content

Replies are generated by AI. You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before it is published on your behalf. OptLike does not guarantee specific business outcomes from any reply.

5. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (merchant of record). See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.

6. Third-party platforms

The service interacts with third-party platforms such as Google under their API terms. Changes to those platforms may affect functionality; OptLike is not responsible for third-party actions or downtime.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, OptLike is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
